Cardiology clinics

Outpatient cardiology clinics are available for you by referral? from your referring health-care provider or if you require follow up after a recent admission. 

There is a cardiology outpatient clinic located at the Health Sciences Centre ambulatory clinics service area.  There are also additional cardiologist offices in the greater St. John’s area. 

The cardiovascular and stroke program is committed to bringing services to patients with a closer-to-home strategy. This means that the cardiologist travels to your local hospital and offers cardiology clinics with the collaboration of local health-care providers helping to reduce unnecessary travel by the patient. In addition, we provide virtual appointments for some cardiology patients, allowing you to meet your cardiologist virtually in your home or at a local hospital.
